Under the direction of chef Karel Hynek, who has gained experience in Paris, Great Britain and a number of prestigious hotels, a fusion of French and traditional Czech cuisine is created here in a modern, lighter adaptation with a focus on seafood. The gastronomic experience is underlined by the quality of the ingredients and seasonal ingredients.
